It has been a great experience working with Bobby (Nijjar reality team) on our home buying and selling venture in the warmsprings Fremont area. Bobby is very knowledgeable about the area. He has helped us understand the issues with each open house we considered, like the foundation issues some houses had due to the soil conditions, how much would it cost to maintain and repair, analysis of house reports, ballpark for the appraisal amount, quality of material used for upgrades etc. He helps his clients make an informed decision and doesn't have a strong bias even for the homes he might be selling. Bobby and Nikki are a dream to work with. They are an awesome team and working together with their stager, Penny - they were able to exceed all our expectations.
Bobby knows the real estate market very well. All his advice was spot on. Also, Bobby is known and well respected by other realtors and mortgage brokers- that makes the entire transaction very smooth.
Unlike some other realtors, who either try to push their own buyer or cut corners on staging, Bobby was exceptional. He even went out of his way to make sure the staging was just the way we requested it to be. Their attention to details is commendable. In fact, Nikki went through all the features in our home and highlighted all of them with hand crafted labels. The overall staging was outstanding!

I've been meaning to write a review for some time now about Bobby. I am currently involved in law enforcement and believe I have a good sense of judgment when it comes to people. Bobby helped my wife and look for our new home as first time home buyers. Bobby paid very close attention to detail when it came to our search criteria for our new home. The third house Bobby showed us was the house we currently live in today. We were up against multiple offers when we made our offer on our home. Bobby's relationship with other real estate agents, his reputable track record in being able to deliver, and his experience set us apart from the competition. Our offer was accepted no problem. We got Bobby's reference thru a friend. We have been searching home in Fremont area and wanted a reliable agent to represent us. We put 3 offers with Bobby's help. We had been living in the Warm Springs District for nearly twenty years and decided it was time for us to move to a new location. Occasionally we received Bobby's ads on homes sold by his team and this is how we knew him. Interestingly, the ads also made us felt like we had known him for many years. We were introduced to Bobby via a friend who had used Bobby previously, and recommended him highly. We'd been casually looking at the market in Fremont for a few years, but had finally gotten serious and decided to get an agent (this is in 2010).
Right from the start, we felt that Bobby was the right person to work with us. Bobby is a great listener and took the time to build a relationship with us. He knows the Warm Springs area, our primary area of interest, inside out - he can pretty much tell you about the history of many houses on every street in the area.
We had been upfront in stating that we were likely to be quite picky ... and it took us over a year to finally get to the point where we were bidding actively, and Bobby spent a ton of time with us during that period without being impatient or pushy.
By the time we got to bidding actively, the market had seen pretty low inventory levels for a year or more, so any reasonably priced house got multiple bids and sold quickly. We went through the process of bidding on 3 houses with Bobby, where although we didn't win, Bobby prepared us well for the process and we felt that we lost to folks who were just willing to pay more than us or skip contingencies that we weren't willing to skip, which we could live with.
When we finally got into contract, Bobby (and his assistant, Gina) made the process very transparent and as pain-free as possible. On a side note, we also ended up using the person Bobby recommend for arranging the loan, which worked out nicely - the rates were very competitive and the process as seamless as is possible these days. In addition, Bobby also ended up introducing us to a contractor just down the street from us, who we had fix a few things before we moved into the house. And, finally, Bobby's wife & son stopped by the day we closed Escrow to bring us some lovely Orchids for our home.
The bottom-line is that we're very happy to recommend Bobby to anyone who is looking for a trusted agent to help with home-buying process. What stood out for us is how much of a relationship he built with us and the great folks he connected us to during the process.

Many thanks to Bobby Nijjar who helped us find our dream house in a period when the inventory was really low!! In my opinion, Bobby has done all the justice to the profession of a realtor while keeping in pace with customer satisfaction in a very friendly manner.
He has been really patient to our changing needs and never forced us to buy something, which we were not satisfied with. We met Bobby sometime in January 2011 when we contacted him for viewing a house in Fremont Mission area. We had met couple of realtors before him and could find the difference in his service and so decided to go with him as our buyer's agent. After figuring out that our budget may not work in mission area, we moved on with our search to the Ardenwood area in Fremont. Then after sometime, changed our search criteria to accommodate good middle/high school district and moved on to the Warm Springs area. Bobby never showed disinterest towards the decisions we made and gave honest reviews about the listings we asked information about and this is what impressed us the most of all his qualities.
He not only gave relevant information about the home buying process but also educated us with lot more knowledge. Bobby Nijjar and his team made our homebuying an easy and fun experience. We were first time home buyers looking to buy real estate in the bay area when we me Bobby. I worked with multiple agents during the intial part of our search about a year ago and Bobby was head and shoulders above the rest in terms of knowledge and working style. He was always well informed on the market situation and routinely knew of properties that were coming on the market ahead of time and showed us some before they hit the market giving us a head start.
We were extremely picky buyers and he was very patient and understanding, actively showing us homes over an extended period. During this process Bobby never pushed us to offer or close on any property. We were in several multiple offer situations and were inclined to offer much higher than ask to grab the home. Bobby was always balanced in his approach offering advice based on numbers, and based on his estimated appraisal value. I was very surprised, pleasantly I may add, to find out that the properties always appraised within 5k-10k of his estimate.
Once we were in contract, Bobby clearly had our interests in mind. I cannot stress this enough since through his professionalism and work he really allowed us to take time in making decisions, obtaining documentation, and closing the loan. One of the most impressive aspects about Bobby was that he was always available for consultation and advice, while not once recommending or pushing towards a home.
