Bobby and Nikki are a husband and wife Real Estate team serving the needs of buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Bay Area, with a special interest in the Warm Springs market of Fremont. They have combined for over 15 years of Real Estate experience as well as a back ground in property management and investments. With the current change in the Real Estate market, Bobby and Nikki ventured into the BANK OWNED/Distressed Sales area of the market and now service BANK OWNED REO's for some of the larger, more well known banks in America today. This experience has helped assist many buyers and sellers cope with the changing market and gives them confidence that they are working with the right agents.


We have been able to show clients how to take properties that have some equity, but are not cash flowing at the current time and liquidate them so that the investor can purchase cash flowing properties instead. We have also helped clients sell in a particular area in which housing has not been as negatively affected by the down turn, reap the benefits of the equity they received, and purchased in another area that has lost much more value. They essentially sold an older, smaller house and purchased a larger, newer one in a different area. There are many ways we can help you. It all starts with agents that practice what they preach. We are Real Estate Investors first, so we are confident that we'll put your money to good use.

Representing Bay Area homeowners and future homeowners, Jennay is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and utilizing her details skills to ensure a successful transaction. She has a heart of gold and unbridled enthusiasm. She graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, she spent many years in corporate as a staff accountant. Her experience in the corporate world, strong work ethic and people skills has made joining real estate a smooth career transition. To top it off, she is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay which allows her to have flexibility in our culturally diverse community. 


Currently Jennay resides in Fremont and has been living in the Bay Area for more than 20 years. She is happily married to a loving husband for over 30 years and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, eating good food, reading, traveling and outdoor activities.
